The rainy afternoon in Portland led Leah and I to the Tao of Tea on Belmont. We enjoyed a delicious cup of Gold Darjeeling which was nicely complimented by an Indian Dessert. The Tao provided a cozy retreat from the rain topling down.

Today, a beautiful rainy day in Portland, the Morrison bridge raised giving the opportunity to shoot the rain against the faint sky line. This is called "green light on morrison."

This evening I was just sorting through pictures on my computer when I came across this picture of my lovely wife Leah. I like this picture because it captures so much of Leah, and in doing so makes me smile to myself. I am so thankful for her, for who she is, and all that she adds to my life.

Luke and Drea

Luke and Drea are high school sweet hearts from Corvallis and they were a joy to photograph. They have such a strong connection that is evident to anyone who spends time with them. Their obvious love for one another is something that cannot be posed, but only captured. I'm looking forward to photographing their wedding day.
